Worst online shopping app
The product showing available but when you try to add to cart or want to place order it’s impossible because the product actually not available, how i know ? I visited more than 5 branch in Riyadh and they informed me the item not available anywhere, so why they are showing it in app and website? I don’t know.
Ohh and when you try to login in the app sometimes it take forever
Useless app and can’t be used - تطبيق سيء جدًا ولا يمكن استخدامه
لا يمكن استخدام التطبيق نهائيًا ، كلما حاولت استعراض أي من المنتجات يظهر لك رسالة خطأ (عذرًا عملية الدفع لم تنجح الرجاء المحاولة في وقت لاحق) على الرغم من أني لم أحاول شراء أي شيء أو الدفع ، فقط حاولت البحث بالمنتجات
App can’t used at all , every time you try searching for a product or view categories it gives you an error saying (payment isn’t successful try again later) even though you weren’t trying to pay for anything.

Saco is going downhill for last years, it’s impossible and ridiculous, the website doesn’t work, the app doesn’t work either, problems with adding the item to the cart, logging in, and payment, trying visiting the branch itself to buy the items is not gonna work either because there is no customer service.
